Important House Rules & Booking Info -Only verified guests are allowed in the house. We prefer to host guests above 25 years old. -House policies must be accepted and the arrival form completed truthfully before check-in. -Additional ID verification (passport or valid government ID) may be requested. -Tourist tax must be paid before arrival. -Only families may book stays longer than 28 days. -No drugs (soft or hard) or laughing gas allowed. -No parties, loud noise, or visitors. Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. -Late check-out without approval costs 100. -Dishwasher must be loaded before departure. -No candles, commercial use, or criminal activity. -The address may not be used for mail or business purposes. -Weekly cleaning is required for stays of 14 days or more (cleaning fee applies). -Rule violations may result in cancellation or a fee of 250–500 per incident.
