A beautiful studio in the old town of Alkmaar for two people and a small child. Also a dog is allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside. The studio has a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is a double bed, cupboard, large table, kitchen with hob, tv, wifi, fridge and combi microwave. Fully equipped with kitchen utilities Outside there is also the possibility to drink a glass of wine to drink. Outside you will find a key safe to enter. You will receive the PIN code 7days prior to arrival
After working in tourism for many years, we wanted to add something to our lives. I have 43 years of experience as a cabin attendant and we have been renting out holiday homes for some time now. A few years ago we started a studio (bed without breakfast) in Alkmaar with great success. We had the opportunity to become owners of 3 chalets on a cozy, genuine Italian family campsite on Lake Lugano in Porlezza. A beautiful location. The studio is located in the very cozy old town of Alkmaar with the terrace / restaurants, boutiques, cinema, supermarket, shops in walking distance. There are also possibilities to rent a small boat and bicycles on the canal where the studio is around the corner. On Friday morning and Tuesday evening there is the cheese market until September. The sea takes about 15 minutes by car.
