Sinds september 2022 met een extra slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoons boxsprings en toilet. In beide slaapkamers is in september 2022 een dakkapel geplaatst voor meer ruimte en uitzicht. Direct aan het water met eigen aanlegsteigers/ vissteigers. In de zomer passeren meerdere boten per dag de Lodge onderweg naar de kop van de haven (500 meter). Meerdere terassen, 1000 m tuin, geheel prive, ruimte voor wel 5 auto's. 8 Kilometer van Hollands Diep strand. 18 Kilometer van Oosterschelde strand. 50 kilometer van eerste Zeeuwse stranden. 20 Minuten van zowel Rotterdam als Antwerpen. 1 uur van zowel Brussel als Amsterdam.
