We offer you a comfortable private studio room and, when you travel by car, free car parking in the carport at the house. Your Studio room is located on the ground floor and has total privacy and a small patio garden. We live on the Upper floors. We want to point out that if you did not book with breakfast, there is an excellent Bakery & "Illy Café" shop "De Bakkersfiets" at a 2-minute walk from your room, for Eat-in or Take-away. And 3 supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk to shop for your breakfast by yourself. And for dinner, many take-away and delivery, "Thuisbezorgd.nl" options. The studio room is non-smoking (smoking outside is possible), equipped with high-speed WIFI and enough power plugs for all your phones, iPads, or laptop computers. We offer you a Nespresso machine, free coffee cups, a water kettle, an assortment of tea, a spacious fridge, and a microwave.
Hi, we are Caroline and Joep, and we live in the youngest area of Amsterdam: IJburg. We live there with our cat and a dog. The cat and dog "Do not" enter the guest studio room, but it is good to know in case of possible allergies. We look forward to hosting you.
IJburg is a new neighbourhood built in modern architecture, just 15 minutes by "Tram 26" outside the historic centre of Amsterdam. Tram 26 goes every 8 minutes directly to Amsterdam's old city centre at the Central Train Station. The tram stop is a 4-minute walk. It is a nice, quiet place to completely unwind after a day and night in the crowded, hectic center of Amsterdam. And still, you are within 15 minutes of downtown Amsterdam by Tram 26
