Welcome to our humble home at Paradigm Mall Residence! We are located right above Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, with direct access to the mall from the residence lifts. Our goal is to create a versatile environment in the home that is suitable for guests of all ages and to give you a cozy & relaxed bonding experience with your loved ones. This special place will be as close as you can get to being in a “Perfect Home”. Discover a safe & cozy haven with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 to 9 guests with ease. An additional balcony space with sliding doors is specially constructed for guests who might need to smoke with peace of mind. An exhaust ventilator and ceiling fan on the balcony will ensure that cigarette smoke is quickly eliminated. Enjoy hassle-free arrival with our self-check-in system via the locked letterbox and passcode for door access. Check-in from 3 PM onwards and check-out by 12PM, allowing you ample time to relax and explore. Early check-ins have to depend on availability. (Please check with the host) Amenities in our home - 55’ Smart TV –NETFLIX & YOUTUBE (use own account ID to log in) - TV box with all the movies/shows you can think of. - Mahjong Table - Kid’s Tent - “Zebra” foldable baby cot/pan available (Self set-up with ease) - Air purifier - Dining Table for 6 Pax - Board Games - Secured Digital Doorlock system (sleep with peace of mind when an internal locking mechanism is done from the inside.
