All reservations will be subject to the payment of an environmental tax, the cost of this tax will be MX $145.24. Prices are in Mexican pesos and per night payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check in.

Please note that for guests’ stays crossing a Saturday night a room move might be required. Should this be the case, our management team will assist our guests in order to make this an uneventful process.

At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants.

Your reservation charge will appear on your credit card statement under the name of RoyalRes 8887214451. Please contact the property with any questions regarding the charge for this reservation.

The name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of one of the guests on the reservation. Please note that you will be asked to present the same credit card and official identification at check-in.
