1 bedroom loft style condo in the Ocean Dream condominium which offers 2 pools, 24 hour security, lifeguard, restaurant, bars, spa, surf school, free parking. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, in living room and hallway there are a new orthopedic Serta individual bed (twin) and a NEW deluxe double futon (Nov 20th 2024). We have a Phil & Ted's playpen/crib for little ones (for use inside our condo only). New AC Oct 21st 2024. There is a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. We do not rent to smokers, vapers, cannabis users or heavy drinkers. No visitors. We provide beach towels, 2 beach chairs and sun umbrella. Beach loungers and beach gym are private and pay per use, refunded with food/drink purchase. Resort's lobby is private and off limits. Our property manager registers you at the resort's gate between 3pm and 10 pm at an exact agreed upon time. Your flight cannot arrive after 7:30 pm.

I speak English, Spanish and French fluently. My property manager speaks Spanish. Guests need to provide flight arrival time.

Ocean Dream is located at km 9.5 on Kukulcan bld. Everything you need is within minutes walk. Cancun's Punta Cancun area: minutes walk to top clubs, Chedraui supermarket, convention center, 2 luxury malls, souvenir market, ferry to Isla Mujeres, Surfing Burrito restaurant, 2 convenience stores, laundromat, pharmacy, on bus route.
