If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours most days to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. Breakfast is subject to the designated schedules and days designated by HOLT. There are additional fees and/or service restrictions for services outside the established schedules. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

Sleeping up to 12 people, our property is part of La Escondida, a private community a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. The amenities include 24-hour gated security, secured parking, an Olympic-size pool and adults-only pool, and a clubhouse. The home includes: • Private pool in the patio, outdoor dining areas + a grill (charcoal not included) • High-speed WiFi • Private parking for multiple cars • SmartTVs in every room • Two living rooms and seating areas, indoor and outdoor dining tables • All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms • The bathrooms feature monsoon showerheads and illuminated mirrors • The Master Bedroom has a King bed, walk-in closet, 60-inch TV and private seating area • Four bedrooms have King beds, and the fifth bedroom has two single beds • Two bedrooms have access to the second-floor patio, with outdoor furniture, an umbrella, and garden & mountain views • A modern and fully stocked kitchen • 24/7 check-in • Washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry services can be provided by HOLT • Two additional half bathrooms plus an outdoor shower in the pool area • Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay • Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present in the property. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. A new water jug is provided weekly at no extra cost for long stays.
