This stylish place to stay is perfect for family vacations. This brand new home has four bedrooms, air conditioning, private pool with a garden and area to lounge. It also has a beautiful rooftop where you can watch the sunset. Has a large balcony on the second floor to relax. It has Starlink wifi, Smart TVs in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, ten person dining room, and nice living room for everyone. The house is in a safe residential area, walking distance (800 meters) to the beach, la punta, and many trendy restaurants. No parties or events allowed.

House is located in a residential area just minutes from La Punta and Zicatela beach, market, and many restaurants and stores. We highly recommend renting either a scooter, quad/ATV, or even a taxi as it is hot, and we are across the main avenue - So often makes it easier to get around. We can provide you this at an extra cost, and have delivered to the house. We can also provide you with information on places to eat, yoga, massage, surf, and tours, and help organize any of these extras.
