190m2 VILLA : 120m2 building - 70m2 terrace, divided into two floors in a secure, and brand new area in Tulum. The setting boasts a private swimming pool, a rooftop patio and solarium area. The designed villa, awarded building of the year 2022 by ArchDaily features a kitchen with all amenities, two ample bedrooms with king size beds and a sofa bed.
