Welcome to our seafront apartment located on the beautiful promenade of St. Paul's Bay! The apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with a balcony offering a sea view and outdoor furniture. The main bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a spacious terrace, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room includes a sofa bed. The internal size of the apartment is 63 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a lift that serves all floors, starting from the ground floor. The price includes water and electricity consumption within the following limits, which are typically more than sufficient for the duration of your stay: • 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week • 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week Any usage exceeding these limits will incur additional charges based on consumption. The reason why the limits are set, is simply to encourage our guests to use these precious resources responsibly to help save our planet. This is a small step we can take together to contribute towards a more sustainable future for our planet. Not to go over the limits there are simple but important measures one can take like switching off air condition units and lights when not in the apartment. These simple measures should be enough to stay within the limits included in the price. Please note that for monthly stays (28 nights or more), water and electricity consumption is not included in the price. Additionally, a sandy beach is just a short 10-minute walk away. Bugibba boasts a bustling town center filled with various amenities such as shops, banks, and pharmacies. Visitors can explore numerous bars, restaurants, as well as diving and water sport centers. For those seeking adventure, the Bugibba Jetty, a mere 50 meters from the apartment, serves as a departure point for ferries to the islands like Comino and Gozo. Moreover, the apartment is conveniently located near some of Malta's best sandy beaches, including Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, and Gnejna Bay, all accessible within a 15-minute bus ride.
