The room is situated in a private house on the second floor, private access via a short set of steps. Views of the tiny church of Sveti Kliment & it's pretty square & an outside space with a table & chairs to sit & watch the world go by while drinking a coffee or something stronger! Inside the room there is ample space to store clothes, a small fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, wine, beer, juice & water. The shower room was newly built in the spring with a roomy shower, rainfall showerhead, mirror, washbasin, toilet & cupboards for toiletries etc. There are beach towels provided & are kept in the wicker hamper.
I am always delighted to welcome guests to Ohrid, especially first timers! I fell in love with the city & it's people over 4 years ago & don't regret for a second my decision to move here. There is a wealth of history, architecture & scenery to enjoy & each day you will find something odd, heartwarming or simply new to enjoy.
Like the British TV programme, it's all about Location, Location, Location! You will be, at most, 10 minutes walk from all the significant landmarks in the Old Town, 5 minutes walk from dozens of restaurants, bars & coffee shops yet the house itself is protected from any noise by many of the surrounding streets being pedestrianised.
