Komforan jenosoban stan u novogradnji, na odlicnoj lokaciji u sirem centru grada (zgrada Zetagradnja, u blizini Luke Bar i hotela Sidro), okruzenje bez buke, dostupan javni parking, moguce smjestiti 4 osobe plus dijete.
