AP Royal Oak is a brand new luxurious two-bedroom apartment opened in July 2023. Located in Budva city center, only 5 minutes from the sea, promenade and Old Town Budva. Its elegance and coziness will make you feel like at home. Private and secured garage parking is offered free of charge which you will find very useful as parking in the city center is quite problematic. All city s attractions, cafeterias and restaurants are walking distance from the flat.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is very close to several restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office and an ATM. Everything is within walking distance, less than 10 minutes.
