We are a Berber family from Zagora who love sharing our culture, traditions, and the beauty of desert life with travelers from all over the world. Our mother, Zahra, is passionate about Moroccan cuisine and hosts our famous cooking classes, while the rest of the family enjoys welcoming guests, organizing tours, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at home. We created Dar Toda to be a meeting place — where stories, smiles, and traditions are shared around a cup of mint tea. We love music, nature, art, and the peaceful rhythm of desert life, and we can’t wait to share it all with you.

Dar Toda is a traditional Berber guest house located in the old medina of Zagora, surrounded by palm trees, desert landscapes, and the Atlas mountains. Built from natural clay and inspired by local architecture, it offers an authentic Moroccan experience with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Our rooms are comfortable, bright, and uniquely decorated in warm desert tones with touches of Majorelle blue and yellow.
