Important additional rules: We inform our valued guests of the following:

For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality), a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented upon check-in. It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances inside the residence or residence.

Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings.

You are required to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and to respect local habits and customs. Parties and events are not allowed.

In the event of noncompliance with the rules of inconvenience, the agency reserves the right to evict the tenants before the end of their stay.

Any additional guests must be reported to the host.

Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed to stay with us, according to the rules of residence.

This is one of the main rules of any residential complex. It is crucial to avoid any unnecessary or loud noise during the night. If you need to make some noise, do it during the day, between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Pet owners should monitor their pets closely and keep them under control. It's not just about the pet's escape, but the pet's owner must also prevent it from barking loudly or urinating/defecating in public areas.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
