The property features three spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Two additional modern bathrooms provide extra convenience, making this home ideal for families or professionals. The building includes an elevator for easy access and is situated in a well-connected area, just 4 km from the stadium, making it an excellent choice for those who want to experience a dynamic yet peaceful neighborhood.
