About this property

Located in Hikkaduwa, one of the seaside resort towns in southwestern Sri Lanka. This self-contained accommodation offers an outdoor pool with 24/7 front desk services. Unlimited swimming pool access with free towels and sun loungers are offered at Athithi Villa. In addition, the Hikkaduwa beach is only 100 m from the property. At Athithi Villa, all room have en-suite facilities which is equipped with hot water and comes with free toiletries. Each room comprises of air conditioning, television with satellite channels, safety deposit box, wardrobe and a private balcony. Athithi Villa also provides guests the feeling of being at home by offering a private kitchen fitted with a microwave, rice cooker, toaster and hot water kettle in the guest's own room itself. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to all guests. Guests can talk to the friendly staff for more services such as tour arrangements, airport pick up and drop off, vehicle hires, laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and late checking/check out.
