お部屋の清掃や管理は業者に頼まず、チェックイン前日と当日で二日にかけて清掃しています。建物前は除雪区画なので、冬場も安心です。雪の日は小さなお子さまにはスノーウェアを貸し出し可能です。新潟県内でのこどもとの遊び場所をいつも探しています。子連れで行きやすいお店や遊び場などご案内いたします。お子様連れの方は「うさぎもちハレラテつばめ」という室内遊戯施設もおすすめです。 また、甘いものが大好きなので、ささやかですがお菓子と飲物をご準備しています。リクエストなどありましたらお気軽にお声がけください。
三条ものづくり学校、鬼おどりの本成寺、三条鍛冶道場は徒歩圏内にございます。 また、アウトドアで人気のスノーピークや粟ヶ岳のある下田地域、海遊びや海鮮BBQが楽しい寺泊、花火で有名な長岡もお車で30分圏内です。 新潟市や長岡へのアクセスには三条駅まで徒歩移動し、信越本線がおすすめ。 新潟港までのアクセスもバツグン。
