NIYS apartments are a 1 minute walk from JR Meguro station. If you walk around the area, you will experience the classic city scapes. You can also walk by the nearby Meguro River, where you can get a taste of cherry blossoms in the spring and enjoy the changing of the leaves in the autumn.

NIYS apartments 08 type (46㎡) rooms A spacious room with 2 double beds. A comfortable room where you can spend your free time. In the heart of the city there is not much space. But when you enter the balcony, you can see cherry blossoms that are in full bloom from late March to April. A popular room with many repeaters as it is a room that allows pets. It is an attractive place that is free from overcrowding and noise in the city center, and the access to major tourist spots is outstanding. This is a must-see if you want to stay in a high-quality room with a family, a large number of people, for both long-term and short-term. If you are concerned about service, cleanliness, quality, please try it out.

Meguro is a place isolated from chaos. Tokyo is, of course, one of the most attractive places in Japan. It has a fascinating and small history and culture such as Meguro Gajoen, Daienji Temple, and Meguro River Bridge Seiji Bosatsu Stone Statue. 1 minute walk from Catholic Meguro Church, 20 minutes walk from Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum Many restaurants around Gonnosukezaka Supermarket and life store next to the station A row of cherry blossom trees on the Meguro River from late March to April Meguro is the closest place to live in the popular entertainment and shopping districts of Shibuya without having to deal with overcrowding and noise.
