“一進門就有一張大餐桌還有一個大櫥櫃可以打開兩件大行李箱。廚房設備非常完善有提供一些簡單的調味料（鹽，胡椒，醬油），有乾淨的碗盤和餐具，可以從走路距離五分鐘的超市買食材回來煮，還有一個微波爐可以加熱買回來的便當。 有提供免費的洗衣機和洗衣精，烘衣機比較小台，大概只能一次烘兩套衣服。 浴室很乾淨，冬天開熱水不用等很久三到五秒就有了，有新的浴缸想泡澡的可以提早三十分鐘放水，浴缸有智慧系統可以控制水溫和停水不用擔心水放超過，蓮蓬頭的水壓也很強。 走上很陡的樓梯可以上到二樓的閣樓，有一張單人床...”
