We rent you 5 location of the properties “Shin-Okubo 1, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo”, “Shin-Okubo 2, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo”, “Kagurazaka, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo”, “Utsunomiya, Tochigi” and "Nikko Tochigi". All of the facilities are independent house, so you can stay as your home. it is possible to stay within 3 families. (You don't need to share with someone. You can use whole house.) We also have some experience activities. Also we can arrange the bus pick-up service. Please ask us about it. We are willing to help your stay in Japan. We are looking forward to your booking!

After 180 days, all of reservations will be automatically canceled. We pay attention to clean the house. The room is ventilated and the room is alcohol-sterilized.Please don't worry . The living room is warm because of the floor heating. We have 1 bathroom and independent 1 shower room. (Also 2 toilets)

There is a limousine bus from the airport to Kabukicho Tower, so you can come directly from the airport. It takes about 8 minutes on foot from Kabukicho Tower to our hotel. In the neighborhood, there is the Don Quixote which is open 24 hours. There are tens of thousands of items in Don Quixote, such as medicine and cosmetics, food items, electric appliances, brand goods. Other than that, there are many restaurants and it is very convenient. There is also a large hot spring facility called Thermanoyu in about 7 minutes on foot.There is also a hot spring facility in a 3-minute walk from the property, so there is no problem with group bathing.
