Vista Mare 16 is an elegant apartment ideal for couples, with a panoramic view and a private terrace. Perfect for romantic aperitifs at sunset or for relaxing in the sun. Equipped with a hot tub, a level terrace for outdoor dining, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV and Wi-Fi. It can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. A corner of relaxation in the heart of Syracuse.
I am a sociable, courteous and very helpful guy. I will be happy to welcome you to my structure, located on the outskirts of "Ortigia" just before the Ztl, a calm and peaceful neighborhood, with the advantage of parking right in front of the structure in a free street parking. Attention to every detail, equipped with all the comforts and services necessary to guarantee you the best possible stay. All major sites of interest and beaches are easily reachable on foot .. and also no less important for the culinary aspect: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pubs, bakeries and supermarkets.
The area where the Vista Mare 16 is located is a central, quiet and safe area with all the necessary amenities. In fact, being a few steps from Ortigia, it is very close to many restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, ice cream shops, etc. .. and a few meters away there is also a market. The potion is ideal, you can walk to the railway station, the bus station and near the structure there is a paid public parking with video surveillance for guests who will come by car, as well as the free parking on the road of the structure .
