At the time of booking, guests can choose between the two options: ground floor (VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL) and on the first floor (PENTHOUSE APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEW AND JACUZZI). Below are the features that will help you choose the perfect solution for you. VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL: Villetta Lux Fonte Spiaggia with private pool (NO HEATED JACUZZI), 20 meters from the beach of Torre Pali, is located on the ground floor and does NOT have a sea view. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with a sofa bed for two, 4 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dining room and patio. Outside there is a table and an additional hob, with a barbecue area. The swimming pool, totally for exclusive use, measuring 6x3 meters, guarantees privacy and tranquility. The villa has free parking on the public road. PENTHOUSE APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEW AND JACUZZI: Beachfront Penthouse with PRIVATE JACUZZI is located in Torre Pali 20 meters from the sandy beach. Located on the first floor, it consists of a double bedroom, living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for two. Outside, a large gazebo houses an additional hob, a barbecue and a dining table. In addition, there is a Jacuzzi, for private use, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea view and cool off under the scorching sun in total tranquility.

The structure is located in the heart of Torre Pali not far from the beautiful and enchanting golden beach and uncontaminated sea of this beautiful seaside resort making the use of the car almost completely null, in fact restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, supermarkets and sandy beach, yes can be reached comfortably on foot. The beautiful marina of Torre Pali is located along the Ionian Coast of Salento between Santa Maria di Leuca and Gallipoli.
