Villa Grace is a large renovated apartment, located in a stately villa built at the beginning of the years 1900. About 500 meters, 7 minutes walk, from the Central Train Station, where trains for the Cinque Terre leave. Unique features: independent entrance, free parking space next to the apartment, large terrace, air conditioning in all rooms, two bathrooms, large for 8 guests, bright and quiet. The terrace will offer you the opportunity to sunbathe, have aperitif or outdoor lunches and dinners.
Dear Guest, you are welcome to the apartment Villa Grace! I will like to welcome you personally, but self check-in is possible, any time. My preferred communication is by e-mail (Booking chat). The owners of the apartment and the myself live nearby and, if needed, they can offer assistance to you.
The neighborhood is very quiet and very well served (shops, supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, bus). Some green areas are very close and the apartment is absolutely quiet. Excellent residential neighborhood where the apartment is located, with shops and public transport. The large fish and vegetable market is 1 km away. The free private parking allows you to have the comfort of the car for day trips to the most famous places, reachable in less than 20 minutes (Portovenere, Lerici, Riomaggiore and Manarola delle 5 Terre).
