Enchanting villa in Porto Cervo on the hill of Pantogia. A breathtaking view from Porto Cervo in Tavolara characterizes this splendid single villa set among the rocks of Pantogia. The house consists of: - a large living area - separate kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave - three double bedrooms - two bathrooms. On the lower floor, separated from the main body, another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The property is complemented by large panoramic terraces and a barbecue area, always panoramic, for splendid outdoor dinners. Outside there are two covered parking spaces and guest parking. The house is part of a small complex of villas with access bar and guardianship. A few minutes from the center of Porto Cervo and the beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
