Luxurious villa with large private garden in the most beautiful and renowned area of Tarvisio, a few steps from the centre, the ski slopes and the cycle path. In a few minutes by car you can easily reach Mount Lussari, the Fusine lakes, the Cave del Predil lake and all the other attractions in the area. Well-distributed space, large bright windows, en-suite bathroom and access to the cycle path. Self Check-in with safety box for access at any time!

Central area of Tarvisio, it is 100 metres from the centre and about 200 metres from the ski slopes, with direct access to the cycle track that hosted the Giro d'Italia Numerous bars and restaurants are within walking distance, a perfect area for families, groups of friends or workers looking for a luxurious and quiet location. Thanks to the strategic location, almost all services can be reached in a few minutes : Ski slopes: 1 minute Cycle track: 1 minute Tennis courts: 2 minutes Golf course: 5 minutes Fusine Lakes: 15 minutes Mount Lussari: 10 minutes
