The perfect accommodation for couples or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the city’s most exclusive areas: the Pineta di Arenzano. This spacious studio apartment offers private access to the stunning communal saltwater pool (starting from July), is fully equipped, and overlooks the quiet inner courtyard. Decorated entirely in soft shades of purple and lavender, the apartment evokes the essence of the flower it’s named after—creating a soothing and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail has been designed to offer you a peaceful and comfortable stay, ideal for a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating break. ABOUT THE SPACE Open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and citrus juicer. The window looks out over the greenery of the inner courtyard. Sleeping and relaxation area: a comfortable double sofa bed and a pouf that converts into a third bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom: windowed and complete with shower, WC, bidet, and sink. A hairdryer is also provided. Communal saltwater pool: all guests have access to this true oasis of peace, set in the green surroundings of the Pineta di Arenzano—perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing swim. The area is accessible only through a gated entrance with 24/7 security, ensuring maximum privacy and safety. - Golf Club Pineta di Arenzano: 9-hole golf course, gym, tennis courts, and swimming pool. - La Pineta Sports Center: fitness classes, weight room, and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, and beauty treatments. - Restaurants & Bars: several dining options are located within the Pineta community. - Additional services: mini market, newsstand and tobacco shop, ATM, children’s playground, and a gas station with car wash. PARKING Inside the Pineta complex, there are free, unassigned parking spots. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that parking will be available at all times. Transport & Local Attractions La Pineta is connected to the town center and Arenzano train station by the ProntoBUS shuttle service, which offers personalized transportation within the gated area. Guests of The Lavender Spot will receive a Service Card preloaded with 10euro, allowing them to use the shuttle service for convenient travel within La Pineta and to the train station.
