The house is located in front of the lake in a neighborhood very close by the bus stop, bar,restaurant,shops,grocery stores and public beach. It is 30 m above the min road, this made this area very quiet, away from the traffic and noise of cars, motorcycles. The view is really amazing! It is a perfect place for families with children. A baby cot and a high chair for a child are available on request (when booking) free of charge.
Eros works on ferry boat on the Como Lake and Eleonora is a lawyer. We live there in one of the three apartaments, so you can always count on our attention or help if and when needed.
The bus stop to Bellagio or Como is only a few steps away. The boat rental pier is available close by 30 m. Water sports and canoa rental (800 m). It is a great place also for mountain walks. The location is perfect: close by at walking distance you can find a few restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A public beach is also at walking distance.
