Internally the accommodation consists of: SLEEPING / LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, double bed with new mattress, 20 cm high (following the reviews of our customers) and the dining area. KITCHEN: open plan has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. BATHROOM: with shower and bidet. BALCONY: furnished with table and chairs. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: 28-inch Smart TV, WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. STUDIO FLAT "Red Apartment" The apartment of about 35 square meters, is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift. To access it you need to go up the stairs. The accommodation is composed as follows: SLEEPING / LIVING AREA with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A / C, access to the balcony, bookcase, dining table with chairs; KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob (4 burners), refrigerator, moka, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; BALCONY with wooden table and chairs. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, air conditioning, independent heating, hot water, hairdryer, soundproofing windows.
