The apartment is on the first floor with sea view. Smart TV (netflix free) ,fast WIFI, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets are available. In front of the house there is also a small garden. In Residence Mirice you will find a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (open : 01.06.-15.09.), a snack bar, restaurant service and a bar. The house is located only 400 meters (10 minutes on foot) from the sea, from the beaches, from the center of Vignola Mare. There is also a kite surfing area where you can practice water sports. (Kitesurfing, wingfoiling, windsurfing) Included in the price: tourist tax, bed linen, towels, use of the swimming pool, WIFI.
We are the owners, a sporty couple passionate about water sports, especially kitesurfing and wingfoil. The house is very close to the beach where you can practice these water sports. Vignola Mare is a wonderful spot for all surfers. We speak 4 languages ​​(Italian, German, English, Hungarian), I speak German very well as I have lived in Austria for many years. Unfortunately, we will not always be on site, so one of our employees will take care of the check-in and check-out.
