Property information
Villa dell'Arte is located a few steps from the beach, from the veranda you can enjoy the blue of the sea. The villa is independent, has a large garden with centuries-old junipers, barbecue, laundry area with washing machine and patio. Inside it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a living room with dining area. The outdoor veranda is equipped with a comfortable table.
In the village of houses there is a shared swimming pool (open from July to September) and a kiosk with breakfast and lunch service. It is located just 6 minutes from Villasimius where you will find markets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants.
Extra to pay 160 euros for final cleaning, not included in the price.
