In the center of Tuscany, not far from the spa of Casciana, it is san martin of the hill, ancient Roman church, where the holiday home the same name, in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Besides the three bedrooms and two bathrooms it is part of the structure, also an outside dependanche with kitchen and exclusive area, plus swimming pool, always exclusively, in the olive. Famous medieval towns, such as San Gimignano and Volterra, are a few minutes from the house as well as other cities such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca. The Sea is only thirty minutes, for those wishing to enjoy the beauty of Pisa and Livorno coast.
