It has bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for those who want to visit Ancona and its surroundings and for those who have work and study needs. Just 5/10 minutes by car you can reach the center of Ancona and its port, the beach of the Passetto, the beach of Palombina / Falconara, the Navy, the Hospital and University of Torrette, the Polytechnic of Ancona, the Muse Theater. Just 15/25 minutes by car you reach the Rivera del Conero, the beach of Senigallia, the Basilica of Loreto.
