Residence Belvedere was born in 2005, as will of our beloved Emidio with the purpose to offer a quality service to everyone decide to spend his time in Santo Stefano, even for a really short vacation, feeling like "family" to us.

Property information

Just a breath before to lose yourself accross the little street of the medioeval village, there is Residence Belvedere, a mini-apartament complex, created to make your holiday in Santo Stefano di Sessanio the most pleasant ever. The name of the structure is linked to the spectacular panoramic overview that you have from each apartment: on a side you have the medioeval village, on an other side the wide valley and as background che wihite and blu peaks of the Maiella mountain.

Neighbourhood information

Santo Stefano di Sessanio is a proud member of the "Borghi più belli d'Italia" Club. It is one of the most suggestive place of Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga. The medioeval architectural structure of the village is perfectly conserved, "thanks" to the almost total depopulation that the village undergone before and after the two World War. Santo Stefano di Sessanio, nesteld in the Campo Imperatore mountains, is a magic place where the eco-friendly tourism, the nature, the relax and the quality food are "mashed-up" togheter, for the visitator.
