The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Genoa in one of the ancient and prestigious Rolli palaces. Immersed in this magical atmosphere, you will cross the threshold of this apartment entirely covered in parquet. In front of you is a cozy living room made up of a sofa, which if necessary becomes a comfortable bed for two people, a TV wall unit and a table for 4 people. The open space kitchen on the living room is fully equipped and includes an oven and dishwasher. The double bedroom is welcoming and bright with a three-door wardrobe. The very high windows of this apartment allow the sun's rays to delicately illuminate the environment. The bathroom, also in parquet, is modern and tasteful.
