LUXURY HOUSE IN THE CENTER OF TAORMINA - PRIME LOCATION This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Valet Parking and public parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby. ACCOMMODATION • Ground Floor: Double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower. • 1st Floor: Double bedroom with a French balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. • 2nd Floor: Dining room with a kitchenette for 6 people and all necessary cooking equipment. • Separate Marble Bathroom (2nd Floor): Bathtub, toilet, bidet, washing machine. • 3rd Floor: Double bedroom with a balcony offering views of Mount Etna, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. • 4th Floor: Spacious living room with large panoramic windows, balconies, and views over Taormina and Mount Etna. Two comfortable sofas can convert into single beds. • 5th Floor: Small roof terrace with stunning views of Taormina, the Greek Theatre, and Mount Etna. PARKING There are two parking options available: • Nearby Car Park: Located approximately 200 meters from the venue. Costs are around twenty five euro, depending on the size of your vehicle. Note: 24-hour service is not available. • Valet Parking: Available for thirty euro per day, offering unlimited car pick-ups and deliveries for added convenience. Note: 24-hour service available. IMPORTANT There is no pool for our guests.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in the very best area of the historic city center of Taormina. All restaurants, bars, nightlife, sights, and the public park area of Taormina are located in close proximity. No car is needed. The famous Corso Umberto is just a 2 minutes walk distant. The gondola which takes you to Isola Bella is just a 7-minutes walk.
