Company information

Livorno Luxury Stay has born from Scilla and Eugenio's passion for real estate. The passion for beautiful homes, the one who make you feel at home straight away. In 2018, after having attended a specific training master's degree on real estate in Milan, the first operation arrived, followed by the others, until 2020, the year of birth of FL Immobiliare. Since 2020, and still today, the company has operated and continues to operate, also through one of its subsidiaries, in "real estate flipping": the purchase, renovation and resale of the property. Since 2022 FL IMMOBILIARE decided to diversify the business, making its passion available in the care of properties for short-term rentals, "Short rent". From this the idea and birth of Livorno Luxury Stay. The intention is to create apartments and/or rooms with luxury finishes and furniture where customers can immediately feel at home in maximum comfort. This business is entirely managed by our family and in particular by our son Raffaele who immediately fell in love with this business. He does not lack managerial qualities, empathy and knowledge of the English language, which are crucial for this job.
