INTERNET WI-FI STABILE con fibra 200 Mbps effettivi. SMART TV. L'appartamento si trova al piano terreno di una villa, con ingresso indipendente, giardino e piscina privata. La posizione è panoramica con una stupenda vista che guarda Firenze e le colline circostanti. L'abitazione è situata in zona collinare, vicino ad un centro abitato, a soli 20 km da Firenze, vicino ai paese di Carmignano (2km) e di Vinci (15km) immersa nel verde di in un paesaggio tipicamente toscano ricco di olivi e vigneti. Ogni genere di negozi, ristoranti e servizi vari a 2 km e supermercati a 7 km. Appartamento in zona tranquilla, luminoso e fresco d'estate. E' composto da: -1 soggiorno con angolo cottura, zona pranzo e zona tv con un divano letto per 2 persone. -1 camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale (per 2 persone) -1 bagno con doccia - il giardino con tavolo per mangiare fuori, ombrellone e sdraie per prendere il sole. Parcheggio esterno alla proprietà nella piazza della chiesa (50 metri)
La zona è interessante anche da un punto di vista archeologico e storico-culturale per la presenza di tombe etrusche e di due importanti ville medicee, quella di Artimino e quella di Poggio a Caiano. Inoltre nella chiesa di S. Michele a Carmignano è custodito un famoso dipinto: la “Visitazione” del Pontormo. La casa natale ed il museo di Leonardo da Vinci sono a 15 minuti di automobile. La zona di Carmignano è rinomata per la produzione di vini pregiati D.O.C.G. famosi in tutto il mondo. Per gli amanti dello sport possibilità di praticare tennis, golf, equitazione e trekking nelle vicinanze. La nostra casa si trova inoltre in una posizione strategica per raggiungere altre città importanti come Firenze (20 km) Lucca (50 km), Siena (60 km), Pisa (90 km), Vinci (15 km), Montecatini (30 km). E’ necessaria l’automobile. Gli aeroporti più vicini sono quello di Firenze "Amerigo Vespucci" a 20 km, quello di Pisa "Galileo Galilei" a 50 km, e quello di Bologna "Guglielmo Marconi a 90 km.
