Welcome to Il Residence Il Glicine sul Lago, a charming retreat nestled along the shores of Lake Como. The property offers two beautifully designed studio apartments, Tivàn and Breva, each with its own private terrace boasting breathtaking lake views. These modern studios are fully equipped with all amenities, including a comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom (Tivàn has a bathtub, while Breva offers a shower). Both apartments feature elegant furnishings, a dishwasher, washing machine, and high-speed internet, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The terraces are the perfect spots to relax, surrounded by the beauty of the lake and the lush wisteria that adds a magical touch to the experience. Guests can book the two apartments separately or together, as there is a connecting door that can be opened to accommodate up to 4 people. Please note, the residence offers one private parking space shared between the two apartments, so reservation in advance is required. Public parking is also available nearby.

Located in the vibrant town of Bellano, Il Residence Il Glicine sul Lago is perfectly positioned for exploring the wonders of Lake Como. Bellano, situated on the Lecco branch of the lake, is a lively town with a variety of supermarkets, local grocery stores, charming cafés, and restaurants. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for exploring both the lake and nearby mountains. Bellano is well-connected by a train line that runs from Lecco to Colico, allowing easy access to neighboring towns. The town also offers convenient access to the high-speed highway. For those wishing to explore the opposite side of the lake, including popular destinations like Bellagio, Menaggio, and Como, there are regular ferry services available. The residence is just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the train station, along a scenic pathway with stunning views. The amount shown on the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.
