The corporate objective is to offer, in areas of particular tourist interest, innovative services in the real estate field by proposing new techniques aimed at optimizing the property for short and medium term rentals. In particular, the services offered concern the marketing and advertising activities, the possibility of customizing the property, the complete management of the accommodation, administrative assistance and the booking of events for tourist purposes.

Historical Baroque Suite is an exclusive large room of 60sqm located in an ancient building, right in the historic center of Como. The room is distinguished by a refined decor and full of authentic antiques, immersed in a timeless atmosphere, between medieval walls and fine fabrics. Our Suite is the perfect place to enjoy the magic and romance of the lake and the beauty of Como, in a unique place in the heart of the city, to visit with our bikes!

The Suite is located in Via Adamo del Pero, an ancient medieval street within the historic center of Como, the area of the premises and shopping. Our bikes are at your disposal to explore the center or go to the lake, you will not need a car to enjoy your dream vacation!
