🏠 THE APARTMENT: located in the exclusive condominium of "Is Molas" in PULA, it has a bright double bedroom with a large king size bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet, an entrance with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and the well-kept golf course! Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, electric kettle and free private parking, Club House, are some of the services that Golf & Sea Residence puts at your complete disposal . You can also use all the services of the condominium (PAID SERVICES and BY RESERVATION) such as private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, golf course, tennis court and restaurants. Is Molas is immersed in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub, just a few minutes from enchanting white beaches and crystal clear sea, from the archaeological site of Nora, from the shops and pizzerias of Pula! 24 hour surveillance for a good night's sleep! ⛳🎾🚴‍♀️🏄‍♂️

🏞️ LOCATION: The exclusive condominium of Is Molas - Pula - is immersed in the greenery of 650 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, 10 minutes by car from the beautiful white beaches of southern Sardinia (such as Pula, Nora, Chia, Tuerredda, Santa Margherita, Su Judeus). To the south it overlooks the sea and borders, to the north, the beautiful Gutturu Mannu Natural Park (5 minutes by car), where you can go trekking and mountain biking along its many kilometers of paths, birdwatching or a picnic in its areas equipped. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the wonderful archaeological site of Nora (the oldest city in Sardinia, dating back to the 9th century BC) or the colorful town of Pula (full of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, markets, shops and all tourist services ). Bus stop outside the condominium. Recommended car! Sea, relaxation, fun, sport, culture, excellent traditional food, night clubs!
