Charming 80 sqm apartment located on the second floor, in a quiet and safe residential area, just 5 minutes walk from the tram stop to Venice. The apartment, characterized by a beamed ceiling that enhances its charm, is modern and bright, equipped with Wifi, air conditioning and independent heating. The bedroom has a terrace. Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and basic necessities are easily reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes.
