Property info

The structure began as a family home and then, over time, became a bed and breakfast. It therefore has a family and ancient soul with antique furnishings but with modern details. It is made of old brick and has two porticoes with arched vaults overlooking a large, well-kept garden. There is an outdoor swimming pool for spring-summer without lifeguard (pool water height < 1.40 m). We offer all the necessary services for your stay: rooms with private bathroom inside the room, towels and shampoo, hair dryer, refrigerator, desk, wardrobe, TV, wifi, central air conditioning with supplement if guests wish to self-adjust and heating. Breakfast is rich, sweet and savoury in the large lounge on the ground floor. Laundry is available for a fee and we provide bicycles for hire. We are absolutely Pet Friendly, we love and accept small and large animals for a daily supplement. We have two small white foxes. We have the train and bus station within a 5-minute walk, and the centre is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. There are two large car parks just outside the building. The neighbourhood is residential, quiet and controlled.
