Property information

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, patisserie, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of “Pozzo Vecchio” (featured in the Oscar nominated movie “Il Postino” with Massimo Troisi) and the beach of Ciraccio which gives the name to the area. A bus stop for the line C1 is only a few meters away from the house making the apartments well connected to the harbour of Marina Grande where all the ferries and hydrofoils from Naples, Pozzuoli and Ischia arrive. “The Art apartment” is a very romantic and intimate place furnished with antique furniture, stylish accessories and paintings from the local artist Luigi Nappa. The apartment features an open plan kitchen/living room with a sofa, a bathroom, a beautiful double bedroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds. All basic equipment is included along with Wi-fi, air conditioning, TV and washing machine.
