I have walked this land for many years and each time I still see something new. The time of day or year does not matter. I love music, paint ...that's why I love Tuscany. Here, in this land, rich with history and tradition, my guest will have my suggestions to enjoy a great vacation in Tuscany.

In the 13th Century it was a wachtower during the war between Florence (Guelfi) and SIena (Ghibellini). Set atop a hill surrounded by vineyards and forests of cypress trees, Il Casale di Villore is an ochre stone farmhouse, medieval in origin, situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. After painstaking renovations, Villore’s five apartments are now available for holiday rental. We invite you to pass your holiday immersed in the rhythm and beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

Neighbourhood information

The surrounding territory offers a wealth of possibilities for excursions; hiking, walking and bicycle trails radiate from Il Casale through forests and fields, vineyards and olive groves until it reaches the small medieval villages of Talciona and Luco, the Strozzavolpe Castle, linked to a multitude of legends. You can visit the Romanesque churches like St. Peter's in Cedda, St. Agnes, Santa Maria a Talciona, and many other places scattered around the surrounding countryside. Within easy driving distance the quaint medieval towns of Castellina in Chianti, Colle Val d'Elsa, Certaldo, Monteriggioni and San GImignano. Florence and Siena, renown for their art and architecture Of course, Tuscany’s food and wine culture are of incredible importance and excursions to local wineries and farms can be organized upon request.
