La sensazione di vivere in campagna pur essendo a soli cinque minuti d'auto dal centro città, la possibilità di godere di spazi esterni esclusivi e panoramici e di poter contare su un sostegno sempre presente, la vicinanza alla zona termale e alla grande piscina di Acqui terme sono caratteristiche che impreziosiscono l'appartamento e ne fanno un punto di partenza ideale per coloro che vogliano scoprire le ricchezze storiche, naturalistiche ed enogastronomiche dell'Alto Monferrato ma anche per i viaggiatori interessati a esplorare le grandi città del Nord Italia, essendo Genova, Milano, Torino facilmente raggiungibili con un'ora o poco più d'auto. Il mar Ligure, in linea d'aria dista 30 km e, oltre che con l'autostrada, è raggiungibile in poco più di mezz'ora attraverso il valico del Sassello, passando attraverso la natura incontaminata del parco del Beigua che al pari della zona collinare che circonda Acqui, ha ricevuto recentemente il riconoscimento dell'Unesco.
