Simply furnished but functional home. It is located on the second floor of a complex of only four apartments. It has a living room with kitchenette (fridge, oven, coffee machine), a bathroom with shower (washing machine and hairdryer), a double bedroom and a small bedroom, with access from the balcony of the double bedroom, with two single beds. Complete the house a nice balcony where you can have lunch or dinner with a beautiful view. The parking lot is located just below the house and is private but not covered. Near the hotel there is a Bar / Pizzeria / Restaurant / Minimarket / laundromat.
My home is simple but I know you will be fine. I wish you a wonderful holiday of relaxation and sunshine
The property is located in Località Ruoni, about 9 km from the town of Santa Teresa di Gallura. The nearest beach is the Marmorata at about 4 Km. The town of Palau is located at a distance of 20 Km. The most beautiful beaches to visit are: Capo Testa (10 Km) Rena Bianca (6 Km) Valle dell'Erica (7 Km) Marmorata (4 Km). Furthermore, at about 3 km there is the renowned Estasi's disco. Olbia airport / about 58 Km port Olbia Isola Bianca / about 55 Km Golfo Aranci port / about 62 km port of Santa Teresa di Gallura for shipping to Corsica / about 5 Km
