Access to the courtyard of the building is from the alley, quiet and characteristic, under the walls of the tower of Cassero; through a stone staircase you reach the first floor where the apartment is located. Inside it consists of an entrance hall with living room furnished with antiques and a TV, which leads into the spacious dining room and kitchen, modern, equipped with all comforts (stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster); there is a relaxation area with herbal teas; the apartment is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, various utensils. The double bedroom, with romantic tones overlooking the courtyard/ interior entrance: Warm and comfortable wooden floor; consists of a comfortable double bed with double mattress, double pillows, bedside tables and wardrobe restored by the owner. For the little ones there is the possibility to add a camping cot and a high chair. The modern bathroom has a large shower, WC, bidet, sink, hairdryer and linen space
Lovely apartment in a medieval historic building, in the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino, a stone’s throw from the tower of Cassero and Loggiato Vasariano, with entrance from Corso Italia and entrance from the courtyard on characteristic Vicolo under the walls of Cassero, silent and romantic. The apartment is located in the course in close proximity to restaurants, wine bar, pizzeria, shops, clubs, bars and services (bank, post office, offices). Just 2 minutes walk from the parking lot right outside the walls. Close to the train station (about 800 m). Near the bus station (about 150 m). Elegant, quiet apartment on the first floor of a small medieval building. Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, close to all the amenities of the old town and the cafes and restaurants, museums, churches and major attractions of the old town, it is suitable for both couples and families with children.
