this property is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples of friends, it has 2 bedrooms with one bathroom to share. this property it is not a HOLIDAY HOME but a B&B with extras and yes you can use the kitchen for light and occasionally cooking Please NOTE: if you book 2 people we will automatically give you one bedroom with double bed but if you would like 2 bedrooms please choose option 3 people. We like to offer this accommodation with a B&B services, breakfast and cleaning daily, for weekly or longer bookings the cleaning is every other day.

BnB The station is a short walk from the train station which is about an hour direct to Rome central. The BnB is a 6 minuet walk to the heart of Nettuno and the medieval borgo with its cobbled streets and small squares with traditional bars and restaurants, and in the night become the main centre of attractions . There are two “free” beaches nearby and also some where you can hire umbrellas and sun loungers. There are numerous local family run stores and some larger supermarkets. During world war 2 Nettuno and nearby Anzio were the focus of the beach landings called operation shingle. There are 3 war grave cemeteries in the area with the closest one where over 7,800 US soldiers are buried, the ones in Anzio hold the British. On Thursdays one of the main streets is transformed into a market where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables, clothing and household items. Along the seafront you can find a wide choice of fast foods including kebabs, burgers, Chinese, sushi and of course pizza. There are also shops selling ice cream and frozen yoghurt's.
